MagnaFlow 24417 includes (1) Flange Gasket, (1) Crush Ring Gasket and interchanges with OE parts 14006-4W001, 20020-5W000, 20020-5W500, 20020-5W510. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with Federal/EPA Emission systems.
