This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 2005 Mercedes-Benz E320 Base 3.2L & 2004-2005 Mercedes-Benz E500 Base 5.0L. MagnaFlow 5411642 includes (2) Bolts, (1) Torca Clamp, (2) Flat Washers and interchanges with OE parts 211 490 08 19, 211 490 08 19 05, 211 490 08 19 80, 211 490 55 19, 211 490 55 19 05, 211 490 55 19 80. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements, and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines to allow for legal use in California and CARB restricted states, for the listed vehicles.
